We built the Amazon employer brand story that scales globally, and connects on a human level.

Together with VML Belgium we brought Amazon’s employer brand to life, real people, real stories, real work. No actors. No scripts. Just Amazon employees, doing what they do every day across warehouses, headquarters, and offices.

In 6 modular shooting days, 3 simultaneous film crews and with photography we captured the energy and humanity of Amazon across 6 markets and 13 job roles. One unified creative concept. Over 1000 deliverables. A PAKT collaboration with Volstok who created all visuals for this scalable, dynamic content strategy, authentic to the core, built for web, social, internal, and recruitment use.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

One of the main films showcases Amazon’s dedication to diversity. With over 2,000 women in leadership roles across Europe, a strong focus on empowering women in tech, 13 active affinity groups, gender-neutral bathrooms and dedicated nursing rooms, and ongoing efforts to hire refugees, Amazon shows that diversity, inclusion, and female empowerment are more than just words. These values were translated into a visual narrative that runs throughout the film.

Modular Production

A true multi-asset Modular Production with 6 shoot days, with 3 film crews working simultaneously, we captured 13 job roles and produced and created over a 1000 assets together with our PAKT colleagues at Volstok. All under one creative umbrella.

The result? A scalable content system built to flex across web, social, internal and recruitment channels. Locally relevant, globally aligned.
